Adaa Return Policy

You are entitled to a refund for products you purchased from Adaa, if the product:

(a) Is faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase.


(b) Product has NOT been altered to suit your size and requirements.


- You return the product within 07 days after purchase and provide Adaa with proof of purchase, such as your original Adaa receipt or bank statement.

- The garment is unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached.

If you do not return the product within the specified timeline, you will NOT be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will still be entitled to exchange the goods or ask for a Gift Voucher. Adaa reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the product.


Adaa's 'Change of Mind Policy'

Adaa is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on products, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

We want you to love your purchases. If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or issue gift voucher within 07 days of purchase provided they are

- NOT final sale products,

- unused condition,

- accompanied by original tags attached to the product and

- have a valid original receipt.

However, under our 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we do offer an exchange or gift card of value equivalent to the purchase price for most products provided that:

(a) You return the product within 07 days from the date of purchase (or for online purchases, from the date you receive it); And

(b) The product is unworn and in its original condition; And

(c) All original labels and tickets are attached to the product; And

(d) You provide an original Adaa tax invoice as proof of purchase; And

(e) Product(s) were not bought 'On Sale' or 'Customized to individual size'.
